Gotsta get
back on track. I can feel myself going
back to my bad-food-eating-ways, especially since this is the end of
summer. Right now here in Michigan, it’s
57 degrees and cloudy and I want to hibernate like a bear with the remote in my
hand, a sandwich in my mouth tucked in my sweat pants and sweat shirt rocking
in my lazy boy recliner.
Hulk, Smash! Green
Smoothie
Ingredients:
Kale
Spinach
Parsley
Cucumber
Celery
Avocado
Banana
Flax seed
Lemon
Juice
Directions:
- Measure 16 oz. of water or your favorite unsweetened 100% juice in a blender, making sure the lid is on, press the button of the highest speed.
- Add thru the chute, a little at a time, the amount that you want, the vegetables, banana, flax seed and lemon juice. Add more water or juice if the smoothie is too thick.
- Add Ice and enjoy! Makes 24-40 oz.
